Product Overview
Harbor is a local gateway for real agent work.
The product model is simple on purpose: Harbor Node is the local runtime authority, Harbor Hub is the safe catalog layer, and agents ask for approved actions instead of raw HTTP with hidden credentials.
Harbor Hub
A metadata-only catalog for safe integration templates and imports. Harbor Hub never stores your runtime secrets and is not your execution authority.
Ports, Actions, and Workflows
Ports define the service boundary, Actions define the bounded callable capability, and Workflows are future higher-level orchestration templates.
What Harbor does not do
- It does not hand raw third-party secrets to agents.
- It does not turn hidden credentials into a generic arbitrary proxy surface.
- It does not require cloud custody to be trustworthy.
- It does not make approvals, policy, and audit optional after the fact.
